Every year for the young members of the practice we send an invitation to come and learning life saving skills.
This event is supported by St Johns Ambulance and they supply a trained life saver educator and 10 Annies for our practice members to learn resuscitation skills on. St Johns Ambulance also demonstrated how to use a defibrillator and how to help a baby who has stopped breathing.
All the dental team were so impressed by the way our young patients picked up life saving skills and although we hope they never have to use them, we are happy in the knowledge that we have helped prepare our young patient members and give them knowledge and confidence to help save a life if anything should happen.
