Disabled facilities

At the Whitehouse Dental Practice we are Positive About Disabled People!

Our facilities have been built with disabled access in mind with wide doors, corridors and disabled toilet facilites there is nothing to get in your way. Please call ahead with any specific requirements and we’ll be happy to help!

For a small fee we can also arrange an interpreter to ensure you are happy in knowing everything that is going on!

Not happy with our service?

We endeavour to make sure that all our patients are happy with our services. In the event that you are not and wish to make a complaint please call the practice and arrange a meeting with Mrs Helen Robertson. We will do our best to resolve any problems within the shortest possible time.

If you are still unhappy, further help is available.

Dental Complaints Service (DCS) This is an expert, free service that can help you if you have a complaint about private dental care. They are independant, fair and funded by the General Dental Council You can find them at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk You can also contact them on 08456 120 540

My wife attended whitehouse dental clinic to day, she is so scared of the dental treatment, but Richard was amazing, he was so gentle, all the rest of the staff that i had reason to be involved with were also brilliant. The review above is for my wife, and I now have a review of my own. At extremely short notice, I ask if I could get some help or advice regarding a very sensitive upper back tooth, before I went on a 70 day holiday, the following day. On the day of departure, Simon had a me in the chair by 9am and by 9.15 he had X-rayed my tooth, diagnosed an infection, and removed the tooth at my request, I believe that Simon and his amazing team, went above, and beyond. Thank you so much.

I visited the hygienist who was friendly and very helpful. She showed me exactly how to clean my front lower teeth angling the brush at the correct angle and explaining the latest research regarding gum disease.My visit to see the dentist later was just as positive. No work was required and the dentist was polite and knowledgeable. Whitening procedures were explained probably due to my age and when I declined the subject was dropped.The receptionist as usual was very pleasant and sorted my next appointment out quickly with a smile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice to family or friends .

As a new patient I felt welcomed immediately by the friendliness of the receptionist, really puts you at ease.

This continued as I saw the Dentist, professional and thorough, he went through suggested actions but made sure at each point I understood why.

I can’t recommend Whitehouse Common Dental Surgery highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience has been incredibly professional and stress free. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment here and couldn’t be happier with the results.

A huge thank you to Chloe, who guided me through the entire process with so much care and clarity. She made everything easy to understand and was always available to answer my questions, she was truly great.
And of course, a massive shout-out to Simon, the dentist who carried out the procedure. His work is absolutely excellent, meticulous, and clearly done with a great deal of expertise. I’m so pleased with the outcome and how smooth the whole treatment was. Thanks again

I have always been petrified to visit the dentist but the care I have received from whitehouse dental practice has been amazing....from the minute you walk in and are greeted by the receptionists who are amazing and put you at ease....Richard was caring and explained everything to me as he was extracting my tooth and made sure I was comfortable...thankyou so much I would highly recommend

My father was a dentist, so when he retired the thought of trusting someone else to look after my teeth was rather daunting! I have been cared for by Don for the past 4 years now, and I would recommend the whole team at Whitehouse Dental without hesitation. The service is always friendly and efficient. Don takes the time to discuss all the options available for your given situation, leaving you to make an informed decision. I’m so glad I found Don and the team to take over my dental care.

I have always had a huge fear of all things dental but Don and the team have always been fantastic in making me feel at ease. 18 months ago I had an accident which resulted in a huge amount of dental work and trauma and from start to finish, the whole team at Whitehouse made everything better. From initial consultations to the finished article - fantastic new teeth, they were friendly, professional and totally went above and beyond when I needed them most and had more than the odd meltdown! The best thing I ever did was to join this dentist and take out the Practice Plan, without which I couldn't have had all the work done that was needed. Thank you to all of you, I couldn't recommend you guys enough.
