Dental Plans

Research shows that patients on a dental insurance plan receive 50% less treatment as the maintenance of their mouths is regular and so their mouths keep healthy.

Having a dental membership means that our patients can budget their routine dentistry for a small fee each month. This gives our patients the freedom to book their dental health checks and hygiene appointments in the knowledge that it has been paid for by monthly fees.

Other advantages include a generous 20% off treatments ( excluding orthodontics) and a further advantage of out of hours and world wide dental insurance cover.

Why do we ask you to join our membership plan?

Our different membership plans are designed to make our patients attend regularly, usually every 6 months.

The membership entitles our patients to two dental health checks and two hygienist visits and covers International and at home on call dental emergencies 24hours, 7 days a week.

On call emergency fees are usually in excess of £100.00 for a call out plus treatment costs and therefore having a membership plan in place gives our patients the peace of mind that they will never have to wait to be seen when they are in pain and their costs are covered.

Each of our four dentists take it in turn to provide Emergency cover on a week-by-week rota basis.

If our patients are seen every six months it gives our dentists and hygienists the time to check all fillings, and possible decay that could be starting and to reinforce good oral health messages.

Hygienists can help with gum problems and periodontal disease and give our patients hints and tips on how to keep their mouths healthy and problem free.

Plan 1
Primary

This is our Primary Plan. It is FREE to children up to the age of 10. To qualify the children have to have a family member who regularly attends the practice.

We like children to freely come to the practice without fear of the dentist. Our aim is for them to have fun, and relax under the guidance of the dental team. Many of our nervous patients are scared to come to the dentists due to childhood experiences. Our child patients enjoy coming to the dentist which will give them a life time of good experiences.

Children can start coming to the dentist when they have erupted teeth.

Plan 2
Protect

We like to call this plan our Protect Plan. It is for 10-18 year olds who want to protect their teeth. Between he ages of 10-18 our adult teeth appear and the protect plan is designed to promote good oral health for a life time. Advise on diet and fizzy drinks. Tooth brushing techniques and preventative care are all included in this plan.

Plan 3
Progress

This our Progress Plan, our children usually progress onto this plan. It is designed with students in mind. After we have looked after children’s mouths and oral health a trip to the dentist is more about maintenance and prevention rather than treatment. We call this plan our Preserve Plan designed for the majority of our patients who want to maintain and preserve their oral health.
